Patio enclosures
The patio that ignores the forecast.
An open patio is at the weather's mercy. Behind retractable glass it becomes the most used room on the property, and it still opens end to end.
Two ways to enclose a patio
If your patio sits under a roof, a deck, or a covered lanai, we glaze the openings with frameless retractable panels and the room is done. If it sits under open sky, we pair the glass walls with a Lumon roof system, clear glass or Acrylite acrylic, and build the room from scratch.
Either way the walls work the same: tempered panels that slide on one track and stack against the wall. Fully open it is your old patio. Fully closed it shrugs off wind, rain, and every mosquito on the property. Most evenings you will run it half and half.
Patios are where we install the most string lights, fire tables, and outdoor kitchens behind glass. Wind is what usually ends a patio evening in Minnesota. Take the wind away and the evening runs long.
